Did you purchase Cancellation Protection at the time of booking?
Send us a Cancellation Protection claim
In order for us to process your claim you need to:
- Have cancelled your reservation at least before 4PM on arrival date. You can do this through our front desk on email to : stay@christianiateater.com.
- Provide a medical certificate for the name mentioned in the reservation; or provide a medical certificate for an immediate family member* and documentation of your relationship.
*Immediate family members are your spouse/registered partner, co-habiting partner, children, parents, parents-in-law, siblings and grandparents.
