Our deliciously organic breakfast certified by Debio is served in the beautiful Restaurant Teatro on 2nd floor overlooking the park. With carefully selected ingredients we belive in quality over quantity, and that sometimes less is more.
The individual handmade sourdough bread made from ancient grains by Ille Brød is probably the best bread you will ever taste, and the selection of local cheeses together with high quality cold cuts is the perfect match. Add organic vegetables, a double certified fair trade coffee of your choice, freshly squeezed orange juice and your meal is close to perfection.
Of course you’ll get your scrambled eggs with bacon from Idsøe or smoked salmon if that is your desire, and round it all up with something sweet like home-made jam made from fresh organic berries and a croissant to make it complete. Beyond delicious, guaranteed.
